1. Documents to be processed:

• completed Application for Admission* form

• copy of passport

• student participation agreement

• student emergency form

• copies of past two year’s report cards, officially translated into English

• completed Student Homestay Information* form

• $200 non-refundable registration fee to be applied to first month’s tuition on acceptance into program
  
  

2. Letter to applicant advising provisional acceptance or non-acceptance
   
   

3. ACS to receive full tuition by bank transfer, money order, or certified cheque payable to Agassiz Christian School
   
   

4. Issue official Letter of Acceptance*
   

   - Original and one copy to applicant

   - One copy for student file
