Agassiz Christian School has opportunity to take part in many special events.

From ice skating to swimming lessons, from civic services such as Pitch in Canada! and recycling to participating in Remembrance Day Services and Community Christmas Caroling - our students experience a wonderful variety of events throughout the year.  These events enrich the students' education by opening their eyes to learning opportunities outside the school building.

Students also have opportunity to participate in various field trips to enhance their learning experience.  Every second year, Grades 1- 7 visit Science World as well as the various individual class field trips as determined by their teacher.  We were particularly excited to be able to take a group of students to the 2010 Winter Olympics!

Many of these events are made possible by the ongoing support of the Lydia Club who raise funds by providing catering services and a Spring Plant sale.  If you would like to be part of the Lydia Club, please contact the school office for more detail.
